Welcome to My Official Newsletter

I have had a lot of versions of this live over the years. Blogs, websites, e-mail newsletters, and most of them required a lot of time and effort that kept me from posting to them very often. I’m moving my newsletter here because the Substack interface is clean, and easy, and has a lot of options, and because most other options are clunky, or require a lor more time and money than I have to offer them. Most of you have been receiving updates from me through an extension of the Crossroad Press Newsletter, and I need to create a separation between my publishing world, and my wirting word. Please, if you do not want to receive this, let me know.

I’m hoping to bring together readers I’ve gained over the years, readers I’ve lost touch with, and as many new readers as the Internet can provide. I’ve been writing for a very long time. In fact, I’ve been writing so long that I don’t like to think about it, so I won’t dwell on that. There are literally millions of my words floating around in various genres, anthologies, periodicals, and novels. There are millions more to come.

I believe in supporting other writers, and I also read a lot, so you’ll find comments on what I’m reading, reviews, links, and maybe some works and words from others as things progress. This is only the first post, and I’m uncertain of all the possibilities…

For now, welcome… I hope you’ll be intrigued enough to subscribe. I will still have my website, and will post things there, but for the foreseeable future, this is the best place to see what I’m doing, read what I’m working on, and interact with me digitally. I’m also active on Twitter and Facebook. Fair warning… There will be cats.
